2. Delete registry entries of UniService Installer CAREFULLY

- *HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\UniService Installer
3. Search throughout the hard drive and delete all associated files
- *C:\Program Files\UniService Installer
- *C:\Documents and Settings\A\Application Data\UniService Installer
